Evidence

There are many factual claims in the book, most of which are cited in the end notes at the back of the book.  They’re numbered by page and identified by a key phrase.  There are, however, some claims for which additional discussion or elaboration might be in order.  I have sought to provide this in a spreadsheet, with tabs for each chapter.  

Errata

On page 21, the last quiz item answers the wrong question.  The number of honorary degrees awarded Maya Angelou is 22.

On page 122, the expected value calculation should be $200 billion X 5% – $0.1 billion = $9.9 billion.
